Andrew Marcus Fox, Director

Rowland Day, Director

Current Business: Chief Executive Officer and President, 2000 – Present - ROI HealthData Resources, LLC and ROI LifeCare Resources, LLC - Provider of Healthcare claims recovery of provider overpayments for many of the leading Healthcare Insurance Companies in the U.S. and a Worksite Health Promotion Service for employers. Significant Investor: QuickSearch, Inc. - National Credentialing service for physicians. Business History: 1964-67, founding member and Vice President of Operations of Credit Data Corporation that developed the first national automated credit reporting system and was acquired by TRW. Inc.; 1967-81, Vice President and General Manager of TRW Credit Data, which grew to be the largest credit reporting system in the industry and is known today as Experian. 1982-1995 —Chairman and owner of Utility Training Company, providing training funds for companies through the California Employment Training Panel (ETP).

1995-2000 — National Accounts Director for Deloitte and Touche's Integrated Cost Reduction Strategies (ICRS) Division. Duties were to direct efforts regarding cost reduction services to major corporate accounts. Mr. Day has been serving the company for months as Chief Advisor regarding data reporting systems and long-term financial planning.


Brig. General (Ret) Michael J. Rice, Director

Nationality: U.S. Language: English. Focus: state government operations, inter-governmental operations (Federal, State and Local), Program Management. Education: BS, Business Administration, Wayne State University (1967), U.S. Army War College (1990), Harvard Univ., J.F.K. School of Government Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government, (1993). Current Business: Consultant and INX Operations Manager for the State of Michigan focusing on implementation of strategic goals and objectives relating to INX's Vehicle Insurance Verification and Homeland / Border Security business development initiatives. Efforts focus on inter-governmental coordination and legislative relations. Business History: Former Deputy Director, Michigan Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. Twenty-nine years of executive experience in administration, program / project management, legislative liaison and inter-governmental affairs. Comprehensive experience coordinating multi-agency projects involving both executives and governing bodies (Boards, Commissions). Extensive experience in legislative liaison – working effectively with both political parties and four Michigan Governors.

General Rice has been serving the company for months as an advisor regarding governmental operations and laying ground work for implementation of INX's Insurance Verification and Homeland / Border Security initiatives. Mike has also acted in the role of C.E.O. for the Company.


Maren Ernst-Vogel, (Ph.D.), European Advisor

Nationality: German, Languages: German, English, French and Russian. Focus: Respected EU business coordinator and technologist, she has, for decades, dealt with governments throughout the European Community, but especially those of Germany, France, Italy and Belgium , and has been instrumental in preparing the Company for its upcoming European Campaign. She has worked with the Company in both Atlanta and Potsdam/Babelsberg/Berlin and initiated contacts with a number of nations resulting in “live” presentations to Italy, Spain, France, Germany, and Morocco. Education: Doctorate in Economics from Heidelberg; numerous other degrees from University of Marburg, etc. Current Business: Respected Economist and Business Advisor to Government and Industry; Government TAW-certified Project Manager; Advanced technologist currently involved in the development of new digital film technologies, (same day filming/corrections/enhancements/production), and the restoration of old, (automated celluloid to digital), restoration and archiving of classic films for various European Nations. Co-Founder of WooNooNet, that has developed a “best-in-class” breakthrough broadband capability that exceeds all U.S. and European standards and provides a dramatic price and ease-of-distribution advantage. Member of the Board of both Broadcast Advisory and Executive Board of the Western German Broadcast Agency, (WDR), Cologne. Jonathan R. White, (Ph.D.), Homeland Security and Border Control Advisor

Nationality: U.S. Language: English. Focus: Possibly the Nation's most respected Homeland Security and Border Control expert, especially as regards the role of local and state law enforcement and the author of most texts currently used by law enforcement for such training and educational purposes. Education: Doctor of Philosophy - Michigan State Univ., Master of Divinity - Western Theological Seminary, Master of Arts - Western Michigan University. Current Business: Executive Director, Homeland Defense Initiative and Professor of Criminal Justice, Grand Valley State University. Consultant to United States Government, Senior Research Associate - IIR, ( Institute of Intergovernmental Research ), managing a national counterterrorist information gathering, analysis, and dissemination program in conjunction with the FBI for the Bureau of Justice Assistance. Professor, Author of dozens of publications including: “Terrorism and Homeland Security”, “Defending the Homeland: Domestic Intelligence, Security, and Law Enforcement”, “Terrorism 2002: An Introduction”, (now in its fourth printing – 2006 version), “Holy War: Terrorism as a Theological Construct”. Prior to this, a distinguished career in law enforcement, including a role as Curriculum Specialist, Michigan State Police. Also an Ordained, (and serving) Congregational Minister.


Mike M. Perrone, Insurer and National Database Advisor

Nationality: U.S., Languages: English, Italian and Spanish. Focus: One of the most respected of all Texas Insurers, (licensed since 1978), and an acknowledged expert in insurer database issues. Education: Texas A&M University - Business Administration, (1971). Current Business: National Database Consultants, Ltd. - College Station, TX. (2000-Present). Mike is deeply involved in insurance issues in Texas and nationally. He is on the Board of and Advisor to various insurers, including one major insurance company. He is an Advisor to federal, state and local governments. He is especially well known for his continuing work with the Resolution Trust Corporation and close connections with reinsurance, flood, (FEMA), and related Property and Casualty issues. Business History: President/ CEO of various insurers and insurer services groups including Corporate Insurers Limited, Fields Financial Services, Inc., Fields Data Management, Inc. and Security, Inc. He has a history of building and maintaining companies in the policy management systems, claims payment services, data and document processing services, and conversion investigation services arena. These companies have served insurance and lending organizations and both state and federal government agencies and consistently rewarded clients, employees and shareholders for their relationship with these companies.
