Since 1961, the Nlets System has never been compromised. Now handling over 88 million transactions each month, it is considered the most secure system of its kind in the world. It has been integrated with every state government for over four decades, and boasts amazingly strong system support. The InsureNet System additionally, ensures that full support is provided for insurers via the internet and also an automated telephone system that includes both IVR, (Interactive Voice Response) and TTL, (Touch Tone Interface). We are now initiating links requested by some insurers for automated accident reporting and in some cases, also full "live" Help Desk support for their policyholders. Such support will be available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

A full, technical Help Desk is also provided “24/7” for both government and insurance company users and additionally, a full, automated "Q&A" system is available for all jurisdictions.
